Processing time
Print-on-demand via Printful. Orders are made after you purchase.
• Production: 2–7 business days.
• Orders placed Fri–Sun start next business day.

Estimated delivery time (production + transit)
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
International: 10–25 business days
Peak seasons may add a few days.

Shipping rates
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and order weight. You’ll see the exact cost before paying.

Carriers & tracking
All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order leaves the facility.

Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately to speed delivery.

Wrong address
If the address was entered incorrectly, contact us at info@swamptees.shop within 2 hours of ordering. Shipped orders cannot be re-routed.

Lost or damaged
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email info@swamptees.shop within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund per case.

Customs/VAT (international)
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
